Our story
Caledonian Claims was founded to make vehicle-related consumer claims simple and accessible. Thousands of UK drivers were sold diesel vehicles that did not perform as advertised, or entered finance agreements with undisclosed commission arrangements. Most never realised they had a claim — and many assumed selling the car ended their rights.
It does not. A claim is based on the period you owned or leased the vehicle, which means historical drivers remain fully eligible for compensation.
