Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any claim enquiry you submit through it.

1. About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. Caledonian Claims is a claims management business; we are not a law firm and nothing on this website is legal advice.

2. Our service

We collect the information needed to assess a potential vehicle claim and refer it to a regulated legal partner. Eligibility and the value of any claim are determined by the instructed legal partner, not by us. Figures shown on this website, including any reference to amounts up to £10,000 per vehicle, are illustrative and are not a promise of any outcome.

3. No win, no fee

Claims referred through us are progressed on a no win, no fee basis. Before your claim proceeds, the instructed legal partner will provide their own written agreement setting out any success fee and deductions. You should read that agreement carefully before signing it.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you are entitled to submit the details you provide. Providing false information may invalidate a claim.

5. Electronic signature

Where you sign electronically on this website, you agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature and may be used to authorise a regulated legal partner to act on your behalf.

6. Cancellation

You may withdraw your enquiry or your consent at any time before a formal agreement with a legal partner is in place, at no cost, by contacting us.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland where you are resident in Scotland, and otherwise by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of the relevant jurisdiction having authority.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
