We use your data to assess your eligibility, prepare your claim file, and pass it to our panel of regulated legal partners so they can act for you. We also use your contact details to keep you updated about your enquiry.

We share your claim file with the regulated legal partner instructed to handle your claim. We also use service providers who host our website, database, file storage and email delivery on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
How we protect it
Data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Signature images are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We retain claim records for as long as needed to progress your claim and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which the data is deleted. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted once they are no longer needed.
